I recently planted Waltham broccoli in a new raised bed.
Yesterday one was leaning over which may or may not be relevant.
This morning I’ve come to look at my little patch and the same plant now has got these white spots underneath the leave and yellowing on top.
Is it fungal? Can I treat it with neem oil or should I remove damaged leaves/whole plant?
