Hi
Keep in a non direct light environment.
Water when required not on a routine.
Soil is what I bought it in from great plat shop I always go to.
Rotting from below and had a nose around and pulled out some further rotten “stuff”
I’ve put it in the window for now.
Any help really appreciated, thank you

This is only one of three things or a combination: 1) your watering routine is misidentifying what “when required” is for this plant and you’re overwatering 2) your drainage doesn’t exist/is in adequate 3) the soil isn’t as great as you think and doesn’t have enough drainage
ZZ plant. Water less.
