Hi, 2 part question, a. should I plant the plant from pic 1&2 into soil by now? This was picked up without roots and has grown some after being in water for 2 weeks
B. Can I propagate the leaf from pic 3? If so, how? It’s been in water for 2 weeks and no roots have grown, I tried cutting the stem diagonally but not sure if I should try something else or if it’s not possible?

Looks ready. As soon as roots have roots you can.
But be careful during the transition. Easiest way is to put the soil I to that cup
