Should I save this shrub? You can see it's gotten way out of hand. I'd like to cut it back maybe 2 feet on top and the sides. I recently saw a post where a professional had trimmed the heck out of shrub like this, and most people on the comments said that was correct. Should I do that? Will it fill back out? I live in NY state
