I'm a vegetable noob, I tried planting some tomato seeds a week ago and figured I'd put 5 seeds in each container because there's no way they'll all sprout right? They in fact did all sprout… Now I have 5 tomaters per container. What do I dooo?

Well done! Isn’t that just murphy’s law lol.
First, get some more containers or even a larger pot if you want more than 1 in a a pot. Do you have a trellis or a stick you can start traiing them up agaist? I found they need to grow up for the best results (the ones I grew on the soil rotted quickly).
