They’ll figure it out. Or you can take a couple cuttings and leave a couple to get thick.
If I were you id cut off the whole top lot, put them in a box and ship it to my address for proper disposal.
All jokes aside OP you have a super cool plant, let it grow, these guys have a way of figuring themselves out. As it gets older it may grow super crazy and cool, who knows maybe its a sick mutation
You should definitely pee on them, once or twice a week
