Pest ID

I noticed these yellow spots, almost looks like pollen but the black spots are throwing me off. When I repotted this plant, I did not do a great job at dusting off the leaves and I dont mist or get the leaves wet.

This plant has new leaves from the last few days and there are no dark or yellow spots on them. I looked at this plant through my camera for a good 3 minutes and nothing moved so maybe I am just paranoid. But I am wondering if this is pollen, if so did it attract thrips or some other pest that could produce waste like this.
