Location is Oregon, USA. It's growing up the side of trees next to a creek. It was next to some poison oak and looks similar, but I'm not sure it's the same plant.

    Toxiodendron radicans AKA Poison Ivy

Poison oak is generally darker in color and has thicker and glossier leaves. 🙂

Others aid poison ivy, which was my first instinct, but based on location, and the little berry thingies, probably poison oak

edit: nevermind, apparently poison ivy will get those little berries, too

That’s camper’s TP. Scouts have been using it for generations to wipe themselves afterwards when in the woods.

    /s/ just in case.

I’d say poison oak, I don’t think poison ivy grows on the west coast

don’t usually see poison ivy in oregon, so makes me think it would be poison oak but either way not something i would go touching.
