I feel like these are some healthy chops. You’re right, chop what you’re comfortable with regardless of what people say as long as the plant is healthy. The red marks are more of a middle growing between what you would cut and what I think it should really be cut back to. The bending and twisting of the branches, atleast to me, is unappealing and makes it look leggy or stretching for light. I would just chop at the yellow marks so it has a straight base to work with again instead of odd twisting branches.
