I just transplanted my Carolina reaper into a 5 gallon bucket. I washed the bucket and rinsed with peroxide, then gently threaded some of the longest roots through the net cup lid and filled with the clay. There’s a bubbler disc in the bottom, and the water is somewhere around 1.5 EC and 6 ph, I want to give it a bit to fully mix and then I will adjust again. The only thing I know might be an issue is that the grow light is a bit too low. I’m going to find a smarter way to hang the light tomorrow. Any advice or pointing out errors in my method would be appreciated.
