Need help determining what to do with this tall part. New to taking care of begonias and I feel like I've been doing well. I've recently repotted and just have no idea what to do with the tall one. Thank you!

You have a couple options. You could either cut it back and propagate. Or if you don’t want to loose the height, you could support the tall cane with a pole
