Are any of these ready for soil? #1 is too cutting, #2 is mid no node activation yet, #3-4 mid cuttings with node activated. Should I wait for the new growth to get bigger? What are your best tips for transplanting from water to dirt? Thank you!

These would do so well in LECA! otherwise I’d put each in a 5inch pot with drain holes. Well draining soil mixed with perlite is my go to if I’m not using LECA
