What do you think about my setup?
2 chickens turn the pile on the left, 2 others piles on the right are made with wire and are +- 1 meter in diameter and 1 meter high. I turn them every month or so.
I never add cardboard, should I do that?
I ordered a compost thermometer because I think they don't get hot.
They are mainly filled with: branches, grass, hedgeclippings, coffee grounds, chicken manure and recently I have 2 bunnies (German Giants) and will be adding their manure too.

Yes you need browns. Shredded cardboard or dead leaves. You want about a 4-1 ratio of browns to greens. Everything you filled in those are basically greens except for branches.
