Popped up all over the backgarden. Dad says it's just a weed lol I think it's pretty and helps pollinators because of the flowers and so we should leave it. He, again, claims they're just weeds and need to be removed.

I will say any plant you don’t want is a weed.
And things that are commonly weeds can be highly beneficial for us or animals.
The food that monarchs need is “just a weed” that would grow in the ditch.

I have these and actually planted them.
I think it’s some kind of wild geranium, I’ve got it in my yard as well
Herb Robert, Geranium robertinium. Pollinators love it. The white form is exquisite in my opinion. Easy to pull out if in the wrong place.
