Update: I took it out and it had all these roots already. I transferred it into a slightly bigger and deeper pot, nothing drastic. I did not bother washing the roots and taking out the dirt. Transferred it to a pumice rich cactus mixture, with some perlite. Next update would be the final look in the pot

Nice. Mine is dying, I think. About the same size as yours but 2/3 of the leaves are brown. Maybe I need to repot mine.
