Help needed! Maybe someone more experienced with these issues will know if it is some variegation or mosaic virus (DsMV) on my Philodendron gloriosum? This is the newest leaf that just unfurled, last one was all green with a single lighter speckle. There are some similar photos online that would suggest DsMV, but none of them are confirmed, lab-tested cases (at least from what I found). Any help appreciated, thanks!

Looks like pest damage, I would guess spider mites.
