thrips 😬😬 i would spray all the leaves down and use some systemic granules.

Definitely thrips. But before jumping straight to systemics, try treating with a spinosad spray first. First remove the most damaged leaves, then isolate it somewhere away from other plants. Treat every 4-5 days for at least a month (that’s how long it takes to make sure you get all the life stages).
