Found this on the floor in a local hardware store. Anyone know what it is/if it’ll root? It looks like there’s some little nubs there on the bottom, I’m just not sure!

It’s a variety of monstera! And you can definitely prop this. Just stick the node in water (distilled is better than tap, as monstera can be picky), and you should get roots enough to plant in a couple months.
This is a Swiss cheese*** plant and it does look like there are nodes. Look into the care of the plant to know more. It is a type of monstera so it can be kind of finicky
