this is our first time growing pepper plants, we just noticed these egg like things on two of our plants and we’re just wondering if anyone had any recommendations or thoughts on what to do with this are they harmless or should we clip these leaves off?

Can you get a better picture? They look like aphids from here
Wash them off with plain water. They’re either aphids or somethimg else that won’t be good.
