   might be too much soil. you’re covering the entire base of the monstera which is unnecessary and actually monstera doesn’t like that.

   you can probably take out some of the dirt so that it reveals the the top of the bulb (where the monstera starts growing from).

   ie: you do not want to bury the girl.

   other then that, looks good.

   Yess remove some soil especially from around the bottom petioles. Otherwise when you water those leaves will die off.
