Mine too. But, its loaded w foreign materials. Im going to set up a screening station and grab more. Definitely want to filter out all the plastics and such that I did not last year
My town has free mulch, but not any compost. The mulch is from tree branches that get dumped at the landfill. There is no guarantee that the dumpers did or did not use any PFA type pesticides or herbicides.
OTOH, by BIL owns a saw mill and he has acres of forest waste (bark, chips, sawdust) that is directly from the forest. Some of it has been there so long it is partially composted. Good stuff.
