Is this a dandelion? They are long-stemmed, single flower, and have a milky substance (sap?) in the stem when broken.

    Not a dandelion. It looks to be a Hawk Weed (Heiracium sp.) of sorts.

    Not dandelion but probably a close relative, those yellow composites are notoriously difficult to id

    You just mind the pests on the leaves if you care about any plants if you do that sort of hobby pls get rid of that they will jump ship to your house plants

    I have something like that growing in ny yard (although, I haven’t seen it yet this year). The ones in my yard only blooms between 8am and 11am and I think its just called a Texas/desert dandelion.
