Hardy Orange advice

Hello!

I need advice on what to do with some sprouting hardy oranges.

I got seeds which I refrigerated for a while before trying to germinate them in a damp tissue in a container. This didn't work and mold had been building up. I thought it was over so I gave the seeds as food for my springtail colony, and they actually started germinating there lol, which is the picture here.

But what do I do now? They seem to like where they are, but should I take them out and pot them? There's no soil in that container, just some bark and charcoal. Last time I had hardy orange sprouting from seeds, I put them in their own pots to grow, and they were fine initially but all ended up dying in a year or two. I'd really like to grow them because they're from my grandma's town. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
