This guy is roughly 1 year and 7 months old since I bought him. I have these two questions:
-
Should I cut the flower stalks? I kind of want to see the flowers he makes but I'm scared he's going to exert too much energy and become weaker.
-
Should I put him in a bigger pot?

The most important thing it needs right now is light. It’s quite light starved. Your best option is to put it outside in the sun.
It looks ok enough that flowering is not going to take a huge toll on it. When I had my first VFT as a teen and cared for it badly, it was in a much worse condition than this and still could handle flowering.
You can repot it if you want, if you do make sure to use substrate that’s appropriate for carnivorous plants. You probably have at least 2 different growth points in there so it probably divided. Congrats, you have several of them!
