What’s wrong with my begonia?

I can’t figure out what this is. Am I overwatering? Underwatering? Is this fungus or a bug? All of the leaves come out fine but eventually get this brown spot in the middle and sometimes crinkle on the edges before the leaf gets yellow/brown and falls off.
