Could that be an Aliceara Snowblind?
That’s a very nice one. It may be Aliceara Snowblind ‘Sweet Spot’ but there are a lot of other white varieties like this with brown spots: Tahoma Glacier, Winter Wonderland, Tropic Lily, Pacific Pastel, the list goes on. I have a NOID plant that may or may not be Snowblind but it has much longer petals and sepals that are very curly.
