Tried two different stripe patterns on the lawn and curious what you all think.

Same mower and setup, just changed the overlap and direction. I’m leaning one way but want honest feedback from people who actually care about striping.

    The 2nd looks better but the challenge is finding a 2nd pattern to switch it up every now and then.

    Hoc and how many passes to get the stripes? Mine don’t seem to stay long (gm1000) but I’m not burning them in with multiple passes and mowing the same way every week.

    Yup that’s goals right there. Fantastic lawn OP. The second pattern is cleaner looking but the first picture has some imagination in it which I think it’s great for special holidays and such.
