Perfect time to repot them into a huge pot or into the ground. They won’t grow much larger than that all cramped together

Overcrowded in too shallow of a pot.
I’d dig a hole big enough to plop that entire pot into. Pulling them out individually won’t work well, sunflowers hate transplanting and maybe 2/10 will survive.

A web search suggests 18 – 24 inch spacing between plants on Mammoth if you want them to reach maximum height and grow large flowers.
