I have 66 acres of land in SW Va. on the upper fork of the Clinch river. Its ~15 acres of bottom land currently farmed for hay and corn. Other side of river is mountain property ~ 53 acres in a land trust with the American Forest Foundation for carbon offset credits which will pay taxes for next 15 years or so. Land is useable for firewood, hunting, growing, just no logging.. Water and power are at site although simple to go offgrid as property is southern facing. I love this area of the country. Probably the most beautiful IMO.
I can afford to trade you my prized fishing pole. Unless you can take monthly payments for basically forever.
