Hi, I found some old tomato powder fertilizer in the garage so chucked it into the green Johanna compost bin, I realised too late it was crawling with white/translucent grubs. No idea what they’ll hatch.
Is this a bad thing or no problem at all? I have literally no idea.

The tldr is there’s no way to know what type of beetle that will become. It’s some type of scarab beetle and could be beneficial or invasive/destruftive. I leave them alone.
Odds are that, if it was an invasive, you’d have seen invasive adult beetles at some point before this. If you have any beetles on your property, it’s a good chance this is one of their kids, basically.
