I have two pileas in the same spot, same indirect light, same watering schedule (usually once every 2 weeks), both have nursery pots with holes, both top watered.
One is losing leaves, they turn gray/black and fall out, if this continues, it'll die, what can I do? I have them for a couple of years and suddenly this happened.

I’m by far no expert but this happened to mine and I started watering it more and I believe it’s recovering now. It will also need some fresh soil or nutrient every once in a while
