My San Pedros are yellowing. They have been like this for over a year now. They seem to be okay but what am I missing? Do I need to feed it something for it to be green again? Help, please and thank you!
Two questions. Did it freeze? And do you piss on it?

Needs fertilizer. Nutrients.
People think they are, but cactus are not picky. High nitrogen induced growth and pupping. A more balanced formula will give better disease resistance and strength. Gypsum for cell walls and strength.
I like master blend 3 part. But bargain bin Walmart fertilizer will work too. I would cycle every watering with fertilizer, then a flush, then fertilizer, then flush.
Looks like super high grit soil, so you can probably water it with fertilizer super often.
