Hi! I needed some help regarding a young Thai Con I own that's been showing these blemishes. I can't figure out what the issue is, and I am worried for its health if I can't properly treat it… Thank you so much in advance!

    That looks very thrips-y to me, especially the silvery/tan scarring plus the tiny black specks, which are often their little poop marks rather than normal Thai Con blemishing. The white variegated parts can brown easily on their own, but those peppery dots and scraped-looking patches make me think pest damage is worth treating now instead of waiting. I’d isolate it, check the undersides and newest growth closely, wipe the leaves down, and start repeat treatment with insecticidal soap or spinosad every 5 to 7 days for a few rounds, because the eggs are the annoying part and one treatment usually won’t break the cycle 😊
