New to gardening!
I planted a few different kangaroo paws and other natives earlier this year, all are doing really well but this guy looks like he might be dealing with some diseases?
It looks like he's just starting to send up some flowers, so I guess that means its "happy"… but his leaves just look really unhealthy to me and wanted to get some advice if I need to intervene or not.
I'm guessing the black spots on the left and brown spots on the top right are either a fungal disease or a result of over watering? (I haven't watered him much since his roots established so I doubt it's the latter). If so, I'm guessing I should trim off the affected leaves?
Also, he's got a strange white furry texture on a lot of the leaves which the other kangaroo paws don't have; is this normal? I believe this one is the "Bush Fire" variation, but I wouldn't have expected it to be so different from my other variations.
I've included a photo of my "Bush Ballad" variation for reference, it also has some white markings on the leaves but nothing compared to this guy!
Any help/advice appreciated!

You could spray it with eco-fungicide and see if that does anything.
I’ve also read that giving it an extra feed of calcium and potassium can help it be more resistant to disease.
The furry bits on the leaf might be a feature of that particular cultivar. Do they come off when rubbed?
It’s good that it has put up flower spikes.
Here’s mine that I planted in late October last year. Photo taken at planting and 1 month ago.

Hopefully it’ll get more flowers next season.
