This is clearly a mutation and not a classic 4+ leaf clover, but how many leaves would you consider this to have?

    Technically a 4 leaf clover is also a mutation.

    Anything outside the typical three leaves is a genetic mutation and if you find one, you’re likely to find more.

    5! I have a patch in my backyard that produces 4 and 5 leaf clovers. I’m curious if only picking the 3 leaved ones will cause more 4 and 5 leaf ones to grow

    If you would have let it grown it would have turned into a 5 leaf clover those 2 leaves look like new growth
