She’s a bit meh. Some of the older leaves are droopy and she looks bare in the mid section. Do I chop her? If so, where? Please give me your suggestions

If you mean pruning, dont prune your Monstera. All the plant will do to counter is grow just one stem in its place so basically you would just be sending him back a little, no new stem as a reward.
Chop off the top and give her a miss pole.
