  1. It’s absolutely beautiful! It’s so nice to see what people can do in other zones than where I live. It feels so tropical looking at it. A true oasis. Deronis, have you ever considered using veggies as a spiller? A squash or cucumber?

  2. Deronis and his garden are an inspiration every year! We love following him and watching his garden bloom. Thank you for stopping by to feature him!

  3. Please tell me how he can grow a lot of plants that don't grow in cold place? Banana trees, coleus, and else. Where do they go during winter in Chicago home? Beautiful 💕

  4. BEAUTIFUL! I live in Chicago as well and am wondering if this was a video taken last summer. Also, does he buy new plants every single year? How does everything get watered?

  5. Absolutely breathtaking 😍
The dedication to start fresh every year since these beauties don’t over winter and are mostly annuals is quite an endeavor 🥰 I have always loved Hostas Coleus Potato Vines and Elephant ears for their vibrant colors .. this shows how beautiful a garden can be without flowers and blooms but with texture color and leaf variety..amazing job 👏🏼👏🏼

  6. Absolutely beautiful garden! I was wondering what winters look like for him! Does he overwinter anything or does he have to replace everything each year?

  7. Omg.. I am inspired. Beautiful garden, such dedication. Kudos Deronis!! Thanks, I really appreciate the plant list. I am not ashamed to say that I will be copying this layout.😄

  8. So many of those are annuals up north here. Look at all the coleus, sweet potato vines and elephant ears! Dang! I love that they showed the early planting stage. He is a total artist. I can't believe how well his layering plan comes together. Incredible! #goals

  9. Gorgeous creativity! I wish the host didn’t make comments after every sentence spoken by guest. “Um-hmm”, “yeah” and “sure” became difficult to ignore.

  10. Very good video series, my wife and I enjoy them, and the graphics with plant names are quite helpful. One constructive comment, if you don’t mind. Can whoever edits these please put the audio through a compressor so that the voice levels are consistent? I know YouTube does funky things to audio, but the level shifts are really noticeable. Thanks!
