Looks very strange I’ve never seen a palm flower I guess, but after looking around I’m pretty sure that’s what they are.
I’m not an expert so I don’t know if it will bloom more and look different or if they’re just like that.

In the middle east, we wait for it to get a bit ripe ( when it’s color is white ) then eat it, lol it’s strange for some and doesn’t taste that good but it’s beneficial for sure.
It’s when palm tree bloom and eventually you get dates.

Unless you want baby palm trees all over the place, I’d remove them. We have been battling these for years now.
