As a highlight of its Centennial Celebration, the Columbia Garden Club dedicated a statue April 17 of founding member and former president Sarah Boylston Smith at her historic home in the Governor’s Mansion Complex. Gov. Henry D. McMaster, who spoke at the unveiling, is seated beside Boylston’s statue.
