really not sure what this is, possibly has been stunted back by deer. has an ornamental variegated ?graft? section. I just have no idea because it’s all janky. thank you!

I am also aware of the grape vine and hackberry mixed in. Mostly just want to know if I need to remove it. Thanks for any help.

The plant on the bottom of #2 is definitely a yaupon holly, but I think the taller bush in 1 and 3 is more like a boxwood. We have both in my yard too. The holly is native and those bushes are the best… so low maintenance and have lasted through every freeze.
