I got this snake plant around 1.5-2 months ago, and had watered it the week of bringing it home, in the same soil and pot it came in (seems like a red soil). Hadn’t watered it since, and it seemed fine as I was checking it for wrinkles daily.

Wasn’t seeing much growth tho so I recently moved it beside (not directly in front of) an east facing window—mind you, it is summer here and it gets quite hot during the day (35-40°C)

Mid April, I had a trip out of town for a week and felt like this one wouldn’t mind. However I got back, I noticed quite a few wrinkles, dryness around the edges and yellowing of a couple leaves so I watered it immediately with 1-2 cups of water.

A couple days after, and it’s still like this. I can’t tell if it’s getting better or the wrinkles are spreading. Is this salvageable? What should I do?
