Kale – The Best Way to Store and Preserve it!

If you grow Kale you know these plants grow quite big.
Just a few of them in your garden can supply your kitchen for a whole year, but only if you know how to store and preserve them properly. Kale can last in a fridge for more than a week. Just put the leaves in a plastic bag and leave them in the veggie storage container. Do not wash kale, as some videos suggest! Just don’t – It will get soggy; wash it right before you use it!
Or if you have too much kale, just freeze it for later.
