1. The way those leaves are yellowing is not thrips. Thrips cause hazy yellow to brown that starts from the middle of the leaf outward. It’s possible you had thrips and now don’t. The yellowing shown in yhe pics is most likely transplant shock from the repotting.
2. You have at least 2 plants in that pot. If you knew this and want to keep it this way, the keep on keeping on. I personally find it hard to manage multiple monsteras in one pot. It becomes hard to stake them once they require support, which your’s could use some support if you want that.
3. You have planted them a tad bit too deep. Pretty much if it’s green, leave it on top of the dirt.

This is because the petioles of those leaves are submerged. That portion of the plant is always exposed normally. 💚
