My wife and I planted Olivia Rose Austin bushes last year. They're coming along great and we're very pleased with our choice.

Today I took a picture of this goldenrod crab spider. It has to be the most photogenic spider I've ever seen. I'm memorized by how it matched the color of the rose on its abdomen…?! Just wanted to share.

I saw one for the first time last year. It was in my massive cannabis tree.

I saw one in my garden once in a blackberry bush flower, with a struggling honey bee in its grasp. It was quite the scene

Crab spiders are SO neat and beautiful. Never seen a pink lady before 🥰

It’s like the white version of the Maleficent

As someone with acute arachnophobia…. I’m happy for you but ……this may give me nightmares.

I don’t usually mess with bugs in their natural habitats, but these little jerks don’t last a minute in my garden since I learned the hard way that they’ll snare a bumblebee mid-pollination.

And I need bumblebees more than I need jerks. This is one of few hills I’m prepared to die on.
