Went to get some cilantro for dinner from the garden and found these little pearlescent things on some of the leaves. The picture didn’t capture it but they each have these 2 tiny red dots. Are they bugs? Eggs? Help!

definitely bug eggs.
Not sure… could be beneficial insect eggs
