This succulent has been holding up these hefty stalks for quite a few months. I thought I’d be seeing some flowers but nothing. Any advice? Does it want a new pot or different light schedule or what?

What type of echeveria is this ? It’s beautiful
I want that plant so badly the color is SO pretty!!
I am by no means an expert, but if they’re not flowering, could they just be babies (pups) growing tall to get around the mama plant?
