I assume in 3a you start and finish indoors. I’m 5a and feel like I have almost equal time indoors and out.

Pretty sure I remember you posting updates last garden season as well, makes my Montreal weather feel tropical. Good luck this season! What are you planning to grow this year?
In past seasons, I would start tomatoes in February and have them in 20 later buckets for about 6 weeks before transplanting to the beds, I would get tomatoes in June that way. It was too much work for me this year on account of other life events this year. Was wondering if you tried something like this before?

I did the same thing but in zone 8a! Your setup is much better, lots of light! Good luck with your veggies!!

Holy cow, I’m almost ready to start hardening off (5b). I do not have your patience to wait so long. I’d be putting blankets over cages on house tomatoes in buckets already, lol.

Swimming in the pool today, fresh tomatoes and all the early summer veggies. You still have snow? Yikes.

My zone 9a brain is trying to figure out what it’s like to not be sweating most of the year while gardening 🤯

Zone 3b as well, it still gets below freezing at night. I wait until memorial weekend to plant & the countdown is on!

Do you have a tip guide for starting out gardening? I’m trying to get like you big bro 😭🙌🏾
I planted some cantaloupe seeds, pear seeds, apple seeds recently and lemon
Then I found out pear, apple, arent true to seed and the trees if they even get that big, won’t bear fruit tasty like the fruits they came from
I saved some bell pepper, tomato and jalapeño seeds I want to plant next . I just want to grow fruits and veggies in my own garden
