I picked up this monster from my husband's grandma today, who is having trouble getting around due to her age and no longer wants it. She was just gonna throw it away so I snatched it up.
I think I'm gonna try making as many smaller plants as I can, while putting the paddle plant in his own pot. How would you guys go about separating these guys? I'm kinda worried about the roots.

I wouldn’t even try separating or repotting anything, I’d be chopping and propping all of it. Especially the big one, it’s never going to look normal so the only choice is to cut it and root it. You can probably get away with repotting the ones on the right, but I have much more success propagating things as opposed to tearing them up and hoping for the best. The ones in the left are also too leggy to do anything except cut and prop.
