First off, congratulations, welcome, etc. 6 years ago I had 3 plants and now I have 80 so enjoy the ride.
Second, that looks like a Philodendron White Wizard to me, not a monstera. They have fairly similar needs though – she will enjoy as much indirect light as she can get.
I have one of these lights in the corner of each room where I have lots of plants, turned on 100% about 10 hours a day. My philodendrons and monsteras are all 4-10 feet away throughout those rooms and thriving. I think you could get a much smaller light and put it over the plant and it would be just fine though. If your windows aren’t bright, it probably wont die with zero artificial plant lighting, but it definitely wont grow very fast or especially full.
I wish I added a moss pole in the beginning. Now my monstera growing somewhat wild

All I have to say is I hope you didn’t pay a Monstera Albo price for that Philodendron White Wizard. It’s a nice WW, so there’s that.

I am reporting my first monstera plant and have a question. Should I loosen all these roots and should I separate the main plant from the one leaf that seems to be growing by itself? Im fairly mew so any advice is so appreciated.
