Brought this plant for 20 at Lowes and it’s my first plant (yay). I’m trying hard to keep alive and I noticed this tiny baby plant growing is it another monstera? Should I take it out ?

The leaf shape doesn’t exactly look like a monstera to me. It might be a weed that got in
